We cannot guarantee exact color and texture. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for texture and color dissatisfaction. Due to the nature of our product (virgin wefted hair/ lace wigs) Incorrect installs, unprofessional coloring, deciding not to seal wefts, washing, combing, brushing and any other procedure that alters the hair REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT APPLICABLE. All sales final.
