All of our hair extensions go through a thorough process to ensure you are receiving top quality product before packaging and shipping. After this process your bundles are then custom packaged with Pardon My Pretty signature wrapping that keeps your investment in perfect condition until it reaches you.
Due to the nature of our products (virgin wefted hair)ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be sure to have your order correct. Before altering in anyway thoroughly inspect your bundles without brushing or combing or aggravating the pattern and weft in any way. If something seems incorrect or unusual contact us immediately. If you feel the product is unusual contact us within 3 days of original purchase. There is a no return policy but we will happily address an unusual issue. Pardon My Pretty is not responsible for return shipping charges. If Pardon My Pretty agrees that the product is defective in any way, we will exchange or replace the item. (Must be equal or greater value.) If the item is checked and it is not defective we will return the item back to you with simple instructions to follow.
According to Federal Law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes unpackaging hair and installing. We follow strict policies due to hygienic concerns and federal law. Please return all items in original state for an exchange. Coloring, perming and processing the hair in anyway will void exchanges and replacements.
